At Wattle Bank Farm, we grow our lemons, limes, grapefruit and oranges, as well as our bay leaves, the old-fashioned way - all of our citrus is unwaxed and grown with no pesticides. We also dehydrate our home grown oyster mushrooms.

No preservatives are used in our products so you're just getting the good stuff. The dehydrating method extends the lifespan of citrus fruits and the mushrooms intensifying the flavours and extending its life span for the pantry.
