Gourmet Mushrooms
Located on the Bass Coast, we cultivate between 60-100 kilos of Oyster mushrooms each week at our micro farm for restaurants, cafes and grocers We understand the importance of consistency and quality and love working with chefs and caterers to showcase Gippsland produce. Visitors and locals to the region can also stock up or even pick their own mushrooms and grow kits from the farm shop, about 6 minutes from Inverloch. We generally have about 6-8 varieties growing at any time. All of our produce is grown following organic and closed loop systems. We recycle our mulch and make it available for sale. Our boxes generally have a medley of oyster mushrooms.
We have a weekly Melbourne and Gippsland delivery run. We are passionate about the important role that fungi plays in nature, join us for a workshop on how to grow them as part of your kitchen practice.

We grow our mushrooms in re-usable recyclable buckets and use compostable and recyclable packaging where possible whilst maintaining optimum freshness.
